Children's Spirit Animal Cards By: Dr. Steven Farmer with Jesseca Camacho
Here's a look at some of our card decks.
Pamela Anzalotti has captured each animal in it's fullest beauty through her brilliant and vivid illustrations.
Each card has a special message for your child. You can hand your child the deck and let your child intuitively draw a card. Every card features an animal with a special message. Wolf's message "You are safe and protected", Beaver's message "Do your chores", Horse's message "Trust your feelings" and Bear says "Stand up for yourself." These are just a few on the encouraging animal messages.
These cards come with a guidebook. When your child picks a card, you can look up the animal in the guidebook for a more in depth definition of it's meaning. Also included are life skill activities to reinforce each animals powerful message. These cards offer advice and suggestions to help you deal with the different problems and concerns your child might encounter while growing up.

As a Social Media Manager/Marketer I get asked a lot, "what's my favorite platform for updating my own accounts and my clients social media sites."
There are many resources available online but one of my favorites is Hootsuite. Make it easy on yourself. Post regularly to your Facebook profile page, Facebook Fan Page and to your LinkedIn account all from one location. The separate streams make it real easy to track what's going on.
Hootsuite is free to use unless you choose their upgrade package. The upgrade is very affordable and very handy if you have multiple clients or sites to manage. It doesn't matter if you are a professional in the social media field or a part-time blogger who has a Facebook page. Hootsuite can make your life easier and help you extend your reach into the blogosphere. You can schedule your Tweets and Facebook status updates ahead of time making your social media life more manageable.
Here's a few tips and tricks of the trade.
1. Set your Facebook Fan Page updates to post automatically to your Twitter account.
2. Use RSS Grafitti set up your blog posts to post directly to your Facebook Fan Page.
Stay tuned for more social media tips and tools.
Do you already use Hootsuite? I'd love to hear your thoughts about it and your social media tips and tricks.
