  2. I am not affiliated with them, so I have no idea if they could help or not, but there is a beautiful animal sanctuary close to me, "Black Beauty Ranch", that may be able to help. Their web site is www.blackbeautyranch.org.

  5. I have contacted Black beauty. They might know of a place up here. This is what Maeve said" we're looking for a good home for a bison cow we adopted. She's bottle raised and not a dinner option, so if you know of anyone who would enjoy having her hanging out with their cows, please let me know. She's very sweet. I'd like to take her to a refuge in Western Montana, but our truck and the gas bill are both kind of limiting us right now, so finding a spot in ND or even SD would be really great."

She teaches at the college in Williston, ND
you can find her on FB:

  6. I wish I had a big chunk of property I would love a buffalo. In Montana we have strict regulations due to the brucellosis disease that gets passed around between elk and cattle so it might be a little harder to find someone here. Maybe the owners of The Rolling Dog Ranch Rescue would know of someone.

We need to keep posting on Facebook, someone will see it!
Thanks for keeping me up to date.
